There are a lot of strategies for presenting. I had a former creative partner who coined his own nickname as one-shot Jimmy. (Love you Jim if you read this) His approach was not to rehearse with the group, but on his own. To his credit, when it came his turn to walk through the creative concepts, and one of them had a song attached to it, he sang it. He did pretty good too. He certainly didn’t do bad.
My point is that everyone has an approach. And there are countless kinds of presentations too. From talking about something over the dinner table or on stage at a TEDx type of event. If something you are doing is closer to the later, here is an outline from Simon Sinek on how to successfully go about it, (these are notes to myself).
Each of these short clips offer a lot of information. For me, they have become more useful after watching them on the 2nd and 3rd times.
